Theresa Ayers made this entire experience far better than I ever expected. From the very beginning, she treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Even though we only communicated through email, she made me feel as if I were sitting in her office having a face-to-face conversation. That is a rare quality.

Theresa Ayers is incredibly hardworking, disciplined, and dedicated to her job. She stayed on top of my claim, answered my questions, followed up whenever needed, and genuinely did everything she could to help me. At the same time, she always remained professional and made sure everything was handled correctly.

What impressed me the most was how much she genuinely cares about both her clients and State Farm. You can tell that she loves what she does and takes great pride in representing the company. Employees like Theresa Ayers are the reason customers trust a company.

I also want to recognize everyone else at the agency. Every interaction I had was respectful and professional, but Theresa Ayers truly went above and beyond. She made me feel like I was working with a trusted friend while always maintaining the professionalism expected from someone in her position.
